This small-group experience is designed to help you:

  • Set clear, realistic goals each week

  • Stay accountable through structure and support (not pressure)

  • Build momentum alongside others who are also leading, building, and growing

Details:

  • NOW ENROLLING FOR WEEK OF DECEMBER 1 START

  • Format: Weekly 75-minute sessions (virtual) - first 60 min is the core session, last 15 are optional for those who want/need more coaching

  • Investment: $180/month — billed at the start of each month for that month’s participation, month-to-month

  • No long-term commitment (just let us know at least one week before you plan to pause or discontinue so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist)

🌿 Momentum with Ulu Partners: Weekly Session Structure

Duration:

🕐 60 minutes (core session)

➕ Optional 15 minutes (for deeper coaching and conversation)

Core 60-Minute Agenda

0:00 – 0:10 | Check-In Round

Each person shares:

  • “How are you right now?” (1–10 scale, 10 = awesome)

  • One quick headline or feeling about your week

(Purpose: presence and connection — a quick pulse check to shift everyone into the space)

0:10 – 0:55 | Accountability & Focus Round (about 5 min per person)

Each participant shares a simple doc/slide/spreadsheet with 3 key sections:

  1. Top 3 accomplishments from last week

  2. Top 3 priorities for this coming week

  3. Where I need help, advice, or support

→ Other group members can offer quick reflections, feedback, or suggestions after each share.

(Purpose: consistent rhythm of reflection, focus, and peer accountability)

0:55 – 1:00 | Closing Commitments

  • One word or phrase for how you’re leaving today’s session

  • Optional: update your doc with any new insights or support notes

(Purpose: closure, momentum, and continuity week-to-week)

Optional +15 Minutes: Deep Dive & Coaching Time

Open space for anyone who wants to stay for:

  • Deeper coaching or exploration of a challenge

  • Peer feedback and shared learning

  • Casual connection and conversation

(Purpose: flexibility: honoring those who need to hop while offering extra value to those who want more depth)
